DermTeamMD.com represents both Advanced Dermatology Bel Air and North Baltimore Dermatology, your comprehensive sources for medical, surgical, laser, Mohs Micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of care in a timely, confidential and pleasant manner. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of skin, and nail disorders in adults and children.

Our Team

Our team consists of Board Certified Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.

Physician Assistants (PA) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) are health care professionals who are trained and licensed to practice medicine under the supervision of a physician (MD).

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners (also know as mid-level practitioners) conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, give medical orders and write prescriptions. The mid-level practitioners who provide care at Advanced Dermatology Bel Air and North Baltimore Dermatology have undergone extensive training in the care of dermatology patients by the physicians in our practice.

Our practice model of Board Certified MDs and mid-level providers allow for easy access to care. To increase access of patients to our office, if you are initially being seen for a specific problem or your follow-up care, you may be directed to one of our mid-level practitioners. Our physicians are always available for consultation.
